Do you make custom products?

We do not customize orders as we make everything is large batches and have dies to cut the leather at specific dimensions. This process is what helps us keep the product at an affordable to cost you.

Do you use real leather?
Yes, all our products are made with real leather. We use genuine suede, buffalo and cow leather on our products. The only synthetic material on our leather products is the faux fur lining.

How do I measure my neck?
In order to determine your correct size, use a fabric ruler around your neck and add roughly a fingers width to the measurement for some breathing room. If you do not have a fabric ruler you can use a string and then lay it flat against a straight ruler or measuring tape. The sizes are universal and not based on gender.

Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes, all our shipments are sent out in discreet plain boxes or envelopes and the duties information will not indicate the nature of what is in the parcel.

I can't see my tracking information.
For US residents the tracking information only becomes available once it reaches the border as we dispatch the parcels from Canada. It will take roughly 3 business days to arrive at your destination once the parcel crosses into the United States.

Do I have to pay duties?
Import duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and can change at any time without notice. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Where they apply, they will be shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery. Luxurious Bliss has no control over these amounts and cannot refund them. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us will be refunded minus shipping and any fees incurred. We also cannot mark parcels as a gift.
